COVID-19 Testing

The District sent important information this week regarding testing locations and a new results portal. If you missed that email, you could read it here- SMUSD Communication 9/23/2021. You can find a complete picture of our District’s Safety Plan and the link to the District COVID dashboard by clicking here. There is a lot of information to digest, but I would advise reviewing it so you aren’t surprised when situations arise and the protocols are implemented. There are different procedures for symptomatic versus asymptomatic students and close contacts inside versus outside of school. If you have any questions, please contact me via email.

Parent-Teacher Conference Week

Parent-teacher conference week is October 11-October 15. There is a modified bell schedule with Monday as a non-student day and Tuesday-Friday an early dismissal for TK-5th. Please mark your calendars for these modified-release times. Here is the Conference Week Letter for more information regarding lunch, recess, and KOC.

All parent-teacher conferences will take place virtually. Your child's teacher will be sending home sign-up and log-in information for either Zoom or Google Meet.
